Karri the Mother is a 6-week postnatal rehabilitation program developed and run by Issy, our experienced women's health physiotherapists at Refresh Physio.

Designed for new mums who are ready to rebuild their core and pelvic floor in a safe, supportive, and fun environment, this small-group class combines evidence-based rehab with a good dose of laughter and connection.

Whether you’re looking to return to sport, manage pelvic floor symptoms, or just feel strong again, this class is for you.

  • Mums who are more than 6 weeks postpartum and less than 2 years postpartum

  • Those looking for safe, evidence-based return to movement

  • Anyone wanting expert physio support after birth

Class Details

Duration: 6-week block
Session Length: 60 minutes
Cost: $200 for 6 classes (or $35 per class) – private health rebates may apply
Location: Refresh Physio
Next Start Date: To be announced – stay tuned!
A 30-minute assessment is required before attending (can be waived if you’ve recently seen Issy).
